relaxing. On the open air veranda leading from the Master Bedroom or the Great Room is a large infinity edge plunge
pool overlooking the Caribbean Ocean, offering wonderful vistas, tranquility and stunning views of the westerly sunsets. |

The three bedrooms (33' x 18' x 12'
"L" shaped; 26' x 15'; 15' x 15') are open and spacious and each contain baths done in Italian tile with mahogany cabinets en suite. All rooms have ceramic tile floors, cathedral ceilings, Casablanca
fans and contain wicker and rattan furniture imported from the United States. The villa is located in the Montpelier region on the side of Saddle Hill in a beautiful secluded
location. An eight-foot gate secures your privacy and surrounds a lush landscape (primarily to keep out an occasional wandering goat). The villa affords 360-degree birds-eye views of Nevis Peak, Saddle Hill and the
Caribbean Sea. If your desire is to unwind, you can spend your days by the pool with a good book. A constant breeze will refresh you both day and evening at the 950' secluded
hillside location. A 15-minute walk will put you at the world-renown Montpelier Plantation
Inn. Should you wish to pursue athletic or sports endeavors, a variety abound! Golf
at the Four Seasons Resort's Robert Trent Jones course and lovely Pinney's Beach are only five miles- about 12 minutes- away as are diving excursions, horseback riding, snorkeling, fishing, horse racing and hiking in the rain forests.

After watching the incredible sunsets from the deck, exquisite cuisine is available at the five Nevis plantations, four of which are only minutes away. Many
other fine restaurants
are also available or you could spend a romantic evening dining in your hillside hideaway. Many plantations and hotels offer entertainment and dancing to reggae and calypso bands.
Your holiday will include maid service three days per week, a gardener and pool service as well as transportation from the airport to Vista del Mar. Your car rental can also be arranged for you
at a discounted rate. |

- CD, cassette, am/fm stereo with two speakers and a variety of games and books.
- Front covered verandah includes 5-piece Winston patio dinning set.
- Rear covered verandah contains a two-person hammock.
Kitchen
- 21 cubic foot refrigerator and gas stove.
- Blender, toaster oven, coffee maker, iron and board, cordless telephone with answering machine, clock radio, dishes, glasses, wine glasses, pots, pans, utensils and cutlery.
- Mahogany counter bar with 3 stools.

- Two twin beds that can be combined into king size with wicker night stands, two table lamps, a swag lamp, clock radio, wicker lounge chair, two additional chairs and a table.
- A full bath, a closet and two sets of French Doors that open onto covered verandah.
Utility Room
- Pool floats, Weber barbecue and washing machine.
Linen Closet
- Four sets of linens for each bed plus two additional king size sets for third bedroom, four sets of towels for each bath, a blanket and comforter for each bed and many beach towels.
Miscellaneous
- Each room contains a high output, variable speed, 54" Casablanca Inteli-Touch ceiling fan.
- All rooms are tiled with imported 12" Italian ceramic tile purchased from the Four Season's Resort, Nevis.
- All bathroom walls are tiled with ceramic tile; bathroom counters are tiled with hand painted Italian ceramic tile.
- All bathroom and kitchen cabinets are made of imported natural Mahogany.
- Property is fenced and gated- only to keep out the occasional goat and donkey that may pass by the house. Monkeys, however, do occasionally enter to eat fruit from the papaya trees. They
are very shy and leave at the first sign of movement.
