The fully furnished house has two bedrooms (sleeps 4), 2 baths, an open plan living/dining room, fully equipped kitchen, attached laundry building with washing machine, and a garage. The spacious verandah, accessible from both the living room and master bedroom, overlooks the flower garden and the Caribbean Sea in the front, while the side deck offers an ideal spot for sunbathing or watching the evening sun sink into the ocean. Fill the veranda bird feeders with the local Nevis unrefined sugar, and you will be rewarded with tropical birds from sunrise till sunset. |

Monkeys come into the yard to play and to enjoy the fruit of the tamarind trees. White sand beaches for swimming and snorkeling are a short walk away, while scuba diving, tennis, and golf are a short drive. There are ruins and old forts to explore, mountain bikes, kayaks, and wind surfs to rent close by, and the 3,232' Nevis Peak to climb. Charlestown, with its shops and open market, is a 15 minute drive, while St. Kitts is just a half hour ferry boat ride away. The climate is ideal, and trade winds provide a gentle breeze.
