Accommodation: The entrance is from the rear of the property, into a spacious light and airy living room which incorporates a sitting area with TV, Video and a sound system and a further
dining area for up to nine people. The kitchen is adjacent but separated by a breakfast bar and is fully equipped with a gas cooker (oven), large fridge/freezer, dishwasher and coffee maker. Three double
doors open from this room on to the verandah overlooking the bay. This is furnished with comfortable sitting and dining areas. There are three triple aspect bedrooms, all the same
size. The main bedroom has a queen sized bed and an en suite shower room and also has direct access on to the verandah. The second bedroom also has a queen sized bed and an en suite shower room, but this is
shared with bedroom three via an extra outer access door. Bedroom three has three single beds and is ideal for younger guests. There is a further twin bedded studio room with en suite shower room on the
garden level and a laundry room with washer, dryer and ironing facilities. Outside:
The garden is mainly laid to lawn with a number of specimen trees and shrubs. The wild Vervet monkeys are a feature of Nevis and can be seen here roaming
freely. There is a good well lit parking area at the back of the house and a pathway through the garden provides a shorter walk of about two minutes to the beach. Staff:

There are at least six restaurants within a mile of the property, the closest being the Oualie Beach hotel. Shopping: Charlestown, the capital is about ten minutes drive
and has three supermarkets, two pharmacies, five banks and a number of gift shops. Location: Nevis airport is about 1 1/2 miles, Charlestown the capital is 4 miles. Car rental
is strongly advised, but there is a local bus service. Sailing and deep sea fishing can be arranged locally. Water sports and equipment hire and bicycles available at Oualie beach. Golf
and tennis is available at Four Seasons resort which is about five minutes drive. |
