La Béate is a color filled, privately owned villa, overlooking the channel between St. Kitts and Nevis. The spectacular view from the large verandah captures a
panorama of colors and moods as the moving sun creates patterns of shadows on St. Kitts which at days end closes with magnificent sunsets. The house is located on a finger of land
extending from a ridge running up the side of the dwarfed other non volcanic peak of Nevis. The site provides an excellent location to allow for the natural ventilation of the trade winds. The large lawn and
garden provide a privacy which allows the occupants to enjoy their vacation without interruption. Its pool located below and directly in front of the verandah has a partially covered terrace that allows for pool
side sunning, eating or lounging. Main House: Inside, the whimsically painted great room containing the living room, dining room and
kitchen is furnished in white wicker. The well equipped kitchen has modern almost new appliances including dishwasher. Sliding glass doors open to the verandah and its panoramic vista. A full bath
opens off the great room. The master bedroom with a 4 poster king sized bed features sliding glass doors opening to the verandah. A second bedroom also on the main floor which shares the master bathroom has
a king sized bed. On the lower level with private entrance, the third bedroom has twin beds and a private bath. Staff: Maid service 1 day a week.
Gardener and Swimming Pool Service Amenities: Ceiling fans in all rooms, CD player, fax, TV with VCR /DVD capability and Cable, washer/dryer.
