The latest news I have on Cades Bay is not good. Romour, form a very reliable source is that Cades Bay was sold to a Norwegian development group so as
to build Condos....pardon me while I puke...and that the inn has been really let go. (April 29, 2008) The Inn at Cades Bay is the newest inn on Nevis, built in late 1996. It is located on a beautiful
beach with incredible views of Cades Bay and St. Kitts just a few miles away. Even though this inn is new, it has been constructed with "Old Caribbean" style and charm, and because it is new it has many
features that some of the older inns don't have. There are many reasons that I like this inn, but I guess my favorite reasons are; first IT IS ON THE BEACH!, and if you don't like the ocean
well don't worry the have a great pool too. Secondly, I love the fact that I can walk right down the beach to Tequila Sheila's, many of good times I have had there! You won't want to miss Sunday Brunch here,
a real treat sitting by the water having Eggs Benedict, and last but not least it is a great place to lay out and get a tan. The breeze that comes across the bay is sooo cooling that you don't even feel the
heat. Don't get a sunburn.......remember to rotisserate yourself occasionally :) Oh, and while I'm at it, here are another couple of nice points to consider while staying at The Inn at
Cades Bay. The inn is located close to town and to some of the best restaurants on Nevis. The waves breaking on the shore at night are the best thing for insomniacs since Valium, and last but not least Eddy
and his staff are really fantastic in the way they pamper the guests. After Oualie Beach, this would be my next choice without a doubt! I highly recommend looking into this inn if you intend to visit Nevis.
