Built in 1994, this family home features large rooms, tall cathedral ceilings, tiled floors and pleasant, comfortable furnishings. The house is L-shaped sheltering pool, patio, and porch areas, which have direct access to every room providing a large indoor/outdoor totally private living space. The entrance foyer with antique furnishings leads into a comfortable living room, a formal dining room seating ten persons, and a large well equipped kitchen. Informal meals can be served on the porch, which features traditional Nevis fretwork and overlooks the pool, the gardens and the mountainside. The location affords a lovely view of the gardens, the mountainside, and the ocean at a distance. Cool trade winds provide comfortable temperatures both summer and winter. Beaches are ten to fifteen minutes away by car. |

From the pool/patio area there is direct access to the two large bedrooms. The master bedroom is surrounded by a gallery. The second bedroom has direct access to the front entry porch. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans, cross ventilation, and adjoining bathrooms. They are furnished with queen size beds, some antiques and comfortable reading chairs, all in traditional English style. Guests may enjoy Cable TV, dvd player with selection of movies, a CD player with an extensive classical CD collection, and the owners' many books. There is also wireless Internet and a Bose system to hook up your mp3 player. |
